Our entire workforce went remote in mid-March of 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing requirements. Our organization refused to take a back seat on culture – we brought it to the forefront by providing resources and tools to continue strengthening the culture focus. The culture workgroup developed the concept of creating virtual backgrounds displaying our core values to keep the spirit of the culture shift alive and invite virtual engagement and participation.
